Purpose of the site
The site presents Qima, an AI assisted tutoring service for candidates of the Moroccan Baccalaureate. The service is under development. No paid service is being sold as of the publication date of this page.
Qima is a private service. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports of the Kingdom of Morocco, nor by any public education institution.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site, including the Qima trademark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts and the structure, are protected and remain the exclusive property of Zenatia LLC, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
References to the official Moroccan Baccalaureate curriculum describe a public framework and do not constitute any appropriation of it.
Personal data
The only data collected through this site are the email addresses voluntarily submitted by visitors who wish to be informed of the service opening. They are used for that purpose only, they are neither sold nor transferred to third parties, and they are kept until the person concerned requests deletion or until they are no longer needed.
In accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, every person has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their data. This right can be exercised by email at contact@qima.ma.
Processing operations related to the running of the service will be declared to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) before the commercial launch.
Minors
The service is aimed at students who may be minors. No data is collected from a minor without the consent of the person holding parental authority. Any request regarding the data of a minor can be sent to contact@qima.ma.

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The information published on this site is provided for guidance only. The coefficients, exams and examination procedures mentioned are given as an illustration and have no official value. Only the publications of the Ministry of National Education are authoritative.
